Dive site information: Very popular night dive site. Near Garden is situated at the north entrance to Na'ama Bay and begins with an inshore mini-wall. A coral shelf extends from the shore and reaches down to around 20 feet / 6 meters. It will then slope off to 100 feet / 30 meters to a sand bottom. Channels are found along the slope.

Marine life: The wall is covered with a good range of corals; hard corals, soft corals and fan corals. During a night dive you can enjoy basket and feather stars. Many pinnacles are found at Near Garden, as well as coral clumps and coral heads filled with smaller reef fish. You can also see larger reef fish. The sandy bottom is home to bluespotted stingrays. Animal life at Near Garden also includes large humphead wrasses that, despite the prohibition, are so used to getting fed that they will gladly approach scuba divers.
