Dive site information: The small bay called Shark Bay is situated north of Na’ama Bay. The shoreline is rugged and drops to a sandy canyon. Shark Bay has lots of crevices filled with marine life. The canyon is very steep and descends below 60 m / 197 ft.

Marine life: Plenty of Lyretail coralfish and soft corals in the crevices. Larger animal life includes barracuda, spotted eagle ray, morays and even sharks. The canyon has more dense coral growth than the rest of Shark Bay. The reef is inhabited by the usual reef species, such as parrotfish, wrasse, angelfish and grouper. Flat fish is common on the sandy bottom.
