Dive site information: The Bells is most popular among wall divers, since there is a true vertical wall here. The wall at The Bells is filled with fissures and overhangs, and also features cavelets and swimthroughs. A dive at The Bells starts with a small slot in the reef table north of the lagoon known as the Blue Hole, a lagoon which can be found approximately 100 m/328 ft to the south of your entry point. You can reach you maximum depth on the steep wall just south of the entry point and proceed by slowly ascending while following the reef southward. At the south part of this dive site, close to the Blue hole, the reef softens to a steep slope. The top of the reef is here located in about 6 m /20 ft of water.

Marine life: There are lot of fish here, but it’s not the best place in the Red Sea if you want to see a lot of different species and larger populations. There is not an abundance of corals to be found at the wall, but plate and cabbage corals are thriving. There are also black coral bushes and quite a lot of white soft corals growing here.
